Do you have a nice late-model RV? Call us. We have spaces available to rent by the month, for a minimum of 1 month and up to 6 months at a time. Each RV tenant is screened. Applications are available in a brochure box in the front of the office. Applications can also be faxed, mailed or attached to an email, upon request.

RV Rates:
$325 per month + utilities. No daily or weekly rates. Garbage, water and sewer are provided as a pass through on the monthly statement. Total for these three utilities is $68.11 as of 10/09. PGE provides electric service and bills RV tenant directly. Call PGE at 1-800-743-5000.
Hook-ups:
Full hook-ups (E/W/S) 25 Amp/110 Volt and-50 Amp/220 Volt connections. Cable TV available on most sites. Phone and mail service available. Most sites OK for satellite TV, portable or fixed mount. Some pull-thru sites. Big-Rig friendly.

Concrete driveways, some concrete patios,
Night time street lighting. Gasoline, soft drinks and pay-phone at gas station next door. Laundry facilities available on site. Small pets allowed. Full time resident manager on site. Fenced community. Take a 2-minute walk to the organic market, deli and health food store right down the street, one block away.
Size:
Most spaces have large RV lots, larger than most campgrounds. Most RV spaces will take up to a 40-foot RV with slide-outs on both sides. Most spaces have shade trees.
Outdoor Activities:
Picnic tables. We are close to parks. A new
Aquatic Center has been built nearby, within walking distance. We are close to Feather River that offers fishing, boating, rafting and hiking. Just across the river is a public boat ramp. Enjoy the Sutter Butte Mountain range (the smallest mountain range in the U.S.)

Sutter Street Mobile Home Park offers large RV lots. The park is completely fenced. There is a strong Neighborhood Watch program in place. We are within easy walking distance to the Feather River.
